Parking and entrance is behind the building.

where the farmer's market is held.

*There is a $15 minimum on credit card purchases.

Sales tax will be charged.

What will I find at your sale?
Our scrapbook/stamping section has everything  from scrapbook albums and accessories to stickers, stamps/ink pads & accessories, card-making supplies, totes/storage, cardstock/paper, kits galore, ribbons/fibers, eyelets/brads, embellishments, chipboard, diecuts/laser cuts, tools & accessories, punches, trimmers, cutting systems, idea books/magazines.

Scrapbook/Stamping brands include:  Stampin' Up, Creative Memories, CTMH, Sizzix, Cuttlebug, Bazzill, Deluxe Designs, BoBunny, Marvy, Coluzzle, Spellbinders, CK Kits, Club Scrap, Cricut, Foamies, Rusty Pickle, Lisa Bearnson, Prima, z becky brown, Fiskars, Yudu, Bazzill, EK Success, Martha Stewart, Chatterbox, Xyron, Jolee’s, Paper Shapers, Hero Arts, PaperTrey, Quickutz, and so many more! 

Our sewing/craft section includes sewing notions/supplies, fabric/felt/tulle/flock, many types of trim including lace/lace trim, gold rope.  Also crystals/rhinestones, needlework supplies, knitting/crocheting supplies, beads/beading supplies, wallies, paints, wedding and craft supplies & more!



Interested in Selling?
Clear out your scrapbook/stamping/craft stash and make a profit!  Consignor registration closes Wednesday, 9/27.

Traditional Consignors:
Register and prepare items, as per consignor page.  $10 registration fee.  Drop-off items, no need to stay!  Receive 70% of your sales.  Work a 3-hour volunteer shift and receive 75% of your sales.

Individual Spot Seller:
Register for individual spot.  $25 seller fee per spot, per day.  You handle all your own sales and are responsible for providing your own change.  Tables are not included, but there are plenty of chairs.  You can bring up to a 6' table per spot.  There are 3 days available to individual sellers:
Thursday, 9/28/17 (pre-shop day)
Friday, 9/29/17
Saturday, 9/30/17

Individual sellers can choose all three days for $60.  No percentages are taken from individual sellers. 

Individual Seller Rules:
* These tables are for only selling scrapbooking, stamping & craft supply items applicable to the sale only.  
* No household items, children's books, clothing or furniture.
* Everything must fit within your allotted space.
* No soliciting.
* No promoting other events or events similar to this one.
* Sellers with businesses or services to promote can participate in the $5 shopper bag stuffers that will be handed out at the main table.    
* Sellers who are consultants for scrapbooking or stamping, etc., companies may not promote their businesses at their tables.  Only vendors are allowed to do that and we only allow one vendor per company, per sale event.  No duplicate vendors, out of fairness to our vendors.  To become a vendor, e-mail us your request or fill out the contact form with your product information and we will place you on the waiting list in order of date info received.

Vendors:
Register for individual spot. $25 seller fee per spot, per day.  $40 for all three days.  Tables are not included, but there are plenty of chairs. Vendors can offer product demonstrations, do make 'n takes for a reasonable fee, and sell brand new product from their inventory/take orders.  Once a vendor is confirmed, we will NOT allow another vendor from the same exact company. No duplicate vendors.

Other items (other brands and used items) cannot be sold at the vendor booth and can go in the consignment sale.   Vendors receive a complimentary consignor registration ($10 value).  Then the items in the consignment sale are at 70% of their sales.  Vendors are able to work a volunteer shift before or after the sale (but not during the sale) to receive the additional percentage to get 75% of their sales.

Private Pre-Shop

 Registration for Pre-Shop is now closed.

Want to shop before the general public and see all the exciting things on the sales floor first?

There are a couple different ways to do this...
1.  Sign up to consign and bring your items to drop-off.
2.  Work a 3-hour volunteer shift Wednesday afternoon (limited spots available).
​3.  Pay $3 per person via Paypal (see payment link below) and provide us the name of all individuals who are included in the payment.

The pre-sale payment registration closes 9/27/17, at 11:59 p.m., and a list is generated of those who have pre-paid.  It is $5 at the door for those not on the list.
